A Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision electronically or in writing and return the product to the address provided below.
The returned product should be sent back with all received components, if possible in its original packaging, if it constitutes an integral part of the product.
The Consumer has the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, if the product has been used in a manner exceeding this scope, resulting in a decrease in its value, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different solution.
In the case of bank transfer payments, funds will be returned to the bank account from which the payment was made, or to another account indicated by the Customer.
