General Provisions<\/h2><p>1.1. The online store operates on a B2B (business-to-business) sales model.<br data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"264\"\/>1.2. This means that store customers may only be entrepreneurs making purchases in connection with their business activity.<br data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"405\"\/>1.3. Products offered in the store are classified as &#8220;Research Use Only.&#8221;<br data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"516\"\/>1.4. Products:   <\/p><ul data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"971\"><li data-section-id=\"13sjbs6\" data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"598\">are not intended for human or animal consumption,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"7bcsej\" data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"663\">are not medicinal products or dietary supplements,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"amsml0\" data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"782\">are not intended for medical or diagnostic use.<\/li><\/ul><p><br data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"737\">1.5. By making a purchase, the Customer declares that they:<\/p><ul data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"971\"><li data-section-id=\"nys26o\" data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"817\">are acting as an entrepreneur,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1g5eekf\" data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"894\">have the appropriate knowledge and qualifications to use the products,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"hq4zfl\" data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"971\">will use the products solely in accordance with their intended purpose.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><hr data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"976\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2. Definitions<\/h2><p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1298\">2.1. Store \u2013 the online store operated by the Seller.<br data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1057\"\/>2.2. Seller \u2013 the entity operating the store.<br data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1103\"\/>2.3. Customer \u2013 an entrepreneur making a purchase in the store.<br data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1163\"\/>2.4. Sales Agreement \u2013 a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.<br data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1249\"\/>2.5. Product \u2013 goods available in the store&#8217;s offering.    <\/p><hr data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1303\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3. Placing Orders<\/h2><p data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1625\">4.1. Orders can be placed through the store&#8217;s website.<br data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1583\"\/>4.2. To place an order, the following is required: <\/p><ul data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1873\"><li data-section-id=\"nqbfg4\" data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1661\">providing correct information,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1w7dca5\" data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1873\">acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li><\/ul><p><br data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1704\">4.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of its acceptance.<br data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1781\"\/>4.4. The Sales Agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order. <\/p><hr data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1878\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">5. Prices<\/h2><p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2043\">5.1. All prices listed in the store are net or gross prices (as indicated).<br data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"1995\"\/>5.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, provided that changes do not apply to orders already placed. <\/p><hr data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2512\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">6. Liability and Limitations<\/h2><p data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2686\">6.1. Products offered in the store are intended exclusively for research purposes.<br data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2636\"\/>6.2. The Seller is not liable for: <\/p><ul data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2909\"><li data-section-id=\"7uswll\" data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2723\">improper use of products,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"rtis11\" data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2765\">use inconsistent with their intended purpose,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vxljht\" data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2909\">the consequences of the Customer&#8217;s use of the products.<\/li><\/ul><p><br data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2819\">6.3. The Customer bears full responsibility for how the purchased products are used.<\/p><\/div><div><div><div><hr data-start=\"3214\" data-end=\"3217\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size: 18px;\">7. Final Provisions<\/h2><p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"181\">7.1. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for using the store and for concluding sales agreements between the Seller and the Customer.<\/p><p data-start=\"183\" data-end=\"340\">7.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Civil Code<\/span><\/span>.<\/p><p data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"487\">7.3. Any disputes arising from agreements concluded between the Seller and the Customer will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller&#8217;s registered office.<\/p><p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"599\">7.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:<\/p><ul data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"709\"><li data-section-id=\"x5e8fe\" data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"630\">changes in legal regulations,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"de3cce\" data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"675\">changes in how the store operates,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"bc50ll\" data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"709\">changes in the product offering.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"894\">7.5. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions take effect upon their publication on the store&#8217;s website and do not affect the vested rights of Customers arising from agreements concluded before their entry into force.<\/p><p data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"980\">7.6.
